Documents and monitors information related to transportation by verifying the accuracy of data, reports, and forms; creating and updating spreadsheets; utilizing transportation information management system to create/build loads; assist drivers with paperwork.
Coordinates transportation operations by acting as a liaison between carriers and stores; tracking performance; and preparing, reviewing and analyzing reports.
Provides administrative support by performing general clerical duties, entering data and extracting data from multiple systems; and printing bills and assigning seals.
Answers and responds to store, vendor and driver calls, claims, and returns by identifying and providing appropriate responses.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
