Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes Utilize construction estimating software such as Stack or ConstructConnect to create comprehensive estimates.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project requirements and conditions Assist in the preparation of proposals, including compiling all necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with contract requirements Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities Provide support during contract negotiations by offering insights on pricing strategies and value engineering options Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred), or 3 years (minimum) proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar programs Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with project management principles and practices Compensation:
